Keysight’s premium range of distribution products available from Farnell include:
- Infiniium EXR-Series with models ranging from 500 MHz to 6 GHz
- CXA signal analysers – with options from 9 kHz to 26.5 GHz
- FieldFox RF analysers
- EXG and MXG RF Signal Generators to 6 GHz
